As CEO EMEA & APAC for the award-winning customer agency C Space, Felix is responsible for the continued growth of the existing offices as well as for increasing the agency’s foot-print. Felix has a keen instinct for customer-centric innovation: throughout his career he has made global companies like Google or British Airways more commercially successful by persuading them to develop new products, services and marcomms with their customers, not just for them. Together with his Co-MD Phil Burgess he has been named “Agent of Change 2019” by Management Today for his efforts to create a more inclusive and equal workplace. Felix tends to over-share and can’t stop talking about cycling to work, spending time with his shrink and what’s wrong about small talk.
